ESAF Entry Procedure for EDSA Players, Coaches, Managers, Referees and Spectators

Edmonton Soccer Association Facilities (ESAF/ESA) is requiring that all EDSA players, coaches, managers, and spectators complete ESAF’s Contact Tracing and Declaration of Compliance forms online prior to your arrival at any ESA facility for games and practices.

Both ESAF forms can be completed online, you do not need to email the EDSA office with your declaration of compliance or contact tracing number.

The contact tracing form will email you back a tracing number, you must keep record of your tracing number as you will be required to provide it to ESA staff upon entry into any ESA facility for both practices and games.

Please complete the contact tracing form well in advance of your first game or practice inside an ESA indoor facility, as it can take 24-48 hours to receive a tracing number.

The Alberta Soccer Association has distributed the Phase 2 Return to Play guidelines (Updated Nov 2/20). Please refer to the document if you have any questions regarding what you and your team can do in training and games now. You can also read the Alberta Soccer Return to Play - Rules of Play
